What arrives within 24 hours, and how do delivery slots work?
Your main video: the longest length you pick, in 16:9 and 9:16.
Only a limited number of projects are in production at a time, so every video gets real expert attention. When the 24-hour slots are busy, new orders get the next tier (48 hours, then 72), and the order form shows your delivery time before you pay.
A human voiceover or a native-language review adds time, shown in your order summary. Adapted edits, A/B versions and extra languages follow after you approve the main video.
What does a review round cover?
One round of reasonable tweaks is included: text and wording edits, timing and pacing, swapping an image, screen or colour, and small reordering of scenes.
It doesn't cover a new concept or script direction, a different length, format or language, or changes that contradict your original order. Ask for it within 7 days of delivery. You can add extra rounds when you order.
Which languages do you offer?
English, Spanish, Czech, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.
French, German, Italian and Portuguese get a native speaker check before delivery, which adds 24 hours at no extra charge. You can add extra languages as versions of your main video, each with an AI voice, or a human voice where one is offered.
What do I need to upload?
At least one of these: your website, product visuals or product documentation. Brand guidelines and logo files keep the video on-brand.
The more we know, the more tailored your video. Files can be up to 500 MB each, or you can share a link instead.
How do VAT and invoices work?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address and VAT ID, and you receive an invoice by email after payment.
How do you handle my data and confidentiality?
Anything you share that isn't public stays confidential. By default we can name you as a past client and showcase your final videos after project completion, and you choose when: right away, or 30 or 90 days after project completion.
If you need everything kept private, you can choose advanced confidentiality in the form. Your files and data are stored in the EU and deleted three months after your order is completed.
Can I use the video commercially?
Yes. The video and its music are cleared for commercial use.
